Online ordering

Availability and changes to your order

Please note that when you place an online order through our website, you will receive a purchase acknowledgement first, followed by full confirmation once we have processed your order.

We do our best to make sure our website ordering is accurate and up to date, buy we're only human so sometimes mistakes can happen.  In the event of a problem or delay with your order, we will contact you to discuss your options including available alternatives, postponing and refunds.

Full payment based on an estimated weight for your (butcher processed) meat must be received before we can confirm your order.  In the event the actual weight of meat you receive is less than the estimated weight, we will refund you the difference or provide you with a store credit. If it's above weight you get some bonus beef on us.

If we have to cancel

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of unavailability or unforeseen problems with our supply chain.

In the event we have to cancel your order, we will provide as much notice as reasonably possible and will offer you the choice if available, of either changing your order, selecting a different collection/delivery date or receiving a store credit or full refund.

If you have to cancel

The nature of supplying beef direct means that once your order has begun processing, it cannot be changed. For this reason refunding or adjusting change of mind orders is not possible. We do understand however the long lead time between ordering and fulfillment means sometimes circumstances will change. We will do our best to work with you to find an alternative solution in these cases but provide no guarantee of a refund or adjustment. Please contact us to discuss options as early as possible if you know you will no longer be able to receive your order.

We accept payments by credit card, Google-Pay and afterpay via secure third party provider Square. In making a payment, you must agree to the terms of any third party payment gateway or credit provider, which are available on their respective websites. If you have an issue with a third party provider on this website, please contact them directly to resolve it.
