Availability and changes to your order

Please note that when you place an online order through our website, you will receive a purchase acknowledgement first, followed by full confirmation once we have processed your order.

We do our best to make sure our website ordering is accurate and up to date, buy we're only human so sometimes mistakes can happen.  In the event of a problem or delay with your order, we will contact you to discuss your options including available alternatives, postponing and refunds.

Full payment based on an estimated weight for your (butcher processed) meat must be received before we can confirm your order.  In the event the actual weight of meat you receive is less than the estimated weight, we will refund you the difference or provide you with a store credit.
